GoodYarn is a mental health education workshop designed to build people's confidence and ability to talk about mental health. During the workshop wellbeing issues and suicide prevention issues are discussed. These topics can be difficult for some people and we are committed to ensuring your safety and wellbeing. For this reason, we offer the following question for you to consider if now is the right time to attend a workshop. Have you experienced serious trauma, persistent suicidal thoughts or sudden loss within the last 12 months? If you have experienced any of these issues within the last year one of our team will contact you before the workshop, to discuss if it is appropriate for you to attend a workshop at this time. If you are registering within 48 hours of the workshop start, a facilitator will be available for you to talk with as you arrive at the workshop.

A light snack will be provided at the workshop. Do you have any special dietary requirements?
