Join our Headlight team!
Location: Queenstown.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract length: 12 months fixed term with review at 3 months
We are looking for someone to join our team to help programme manage at Headlight.
As a Programme Manager you are responsible for the successful creation and delivery of your programme to an excellent standard. Responsible for all areas of the programme you will collaborate with other Headlight team members to support the implementation of the Programme.
You will manage internal team members as well as external stakeholders to build relationships that create quality and success. You have already existing relationships with Health Promotion Agencies and an understanding of the structure of these organisations, and can manage funding applications to support your programme.

You are capable of managing multiple and competing priorities, moving with consideration and pace to make strategic decisions that bring the programme to life in line with the Headlight vision and mission. You value co-creation and collaboration with the community you are providing the programme for, and understand the importance of equity, partnership, safety and quality. You are a leader of self and others, balancing experience, curiosity, accountability and compassion, with a commitment and drive to make a difference to the lives of the people you interact with.
