Spanish GoodYarn Workshop

  • Queenstown Play Centre 57 Stanley Street Queenstown, Otago, 9300 New Zealand (map)

(This Workshop has Been Booked Out - please send us an email to inquire on next month’s workshop availability)

Living away from friends and family support can bring real challenges. Come and join others from your Spanish community at a free workshop to learn more about how you can take charge of your mental wellbeing and support those around you. This workshop is delivered in Spanish and English by our team of Spanish facilitators themselves!

We'll cover the signs and symptoms of mental illness and share with you information about where to go for support if you are worried about someone. You’ll pick up lots of useful tips and information, practice having caring conversations and learn what support is available if more help is needed.

You don't need to be an expert to talk about mental health. It's about helping you and your community, friends and family to be able to talk about mental health.

You don't need to bring or prepare anything to participate, just yourself. Morning tea will be provided. Please note all workshop attendee’s are required to show their vaccine passport and have face masks worn at the venue.
