The Southern Wellbeing Trust and Community Networks invite you to join us at the first Wanaka GoodYarn Mental Wellbeing workshop.
This 3 hour workshop has been adapted to suit those working with community groups, vulnerable individuals or who have an interest in supporting the mental wellbeing of the Wanaka community.
At the workshop you will learn practical skills including how to talk about mental health, how you can better support those around you, and pick up valuable tips and information to help support your own mental health and wellbeing.
As a community partner, you’ll also get to experience first-hand the peer delivered award-winning GoodYarn workshops that are now being delivered by migrant and new parent facilitators to groups across the Queenstown community.
BYO lunch, tea and coffee provided. This is a one-off event with only 15 spots available.
